ALL SEASONS CONSTRUCTION
FOUNDATION AND DRAINAGE SPECIALISTS
Foundations and drainage are our specialty - areas that are particularly important when you consider the age of the homes in the Oakland and Berkeley areas, the abundance of hills and California's winter rains. Proper retaining walls, concrete application and drainage systems are critical to keeping your home protected from rainfall, ground water and runoff. Retrofitting and replacement of old, failing foundations is critical to keeping your home safe and still standing after the next big earthquake.
A Diamond Certified company since 2007, All Seasons' experienced foremen supervise every job and ensure that all work will stand the test of time and mother nature. Providing quality construction services since 1993.
QUALITY. RELIABILITY. PARTNERSHIP.
All Seasons Construction is a general contracting firm that specializes in foundation and drainage work for residential clients in Oakland, Berkeley, and the neighboring communities. In addition to foundation replacement and perimeter drainage/waterproofing, the company handles earthquake retrofitting, retaining walls and concrete work.
President Mark Corrallo, a former trial attorney and businessman, says proper retaining walls, concrete application and drainage systems are critical for keeping homes protected from rainfall, ground water and runoff. Mr. Corrallo started All Seasons Construction when he noted an overall lack of professionalism in the industry and “decided to do something about it.”
All Seasons Construction’s experienced foremen supervise every job and ensure all work will stand the test of time. Likewise, says Mr. Corrallo, they work hard to build trust and lasting relationships with customers. The company’s workers are all insured employees, not day laborers, and all its foremen have been with the company for more than 10 years.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT, MARK CORRALLO
WE'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU
With the updated shelter-in-place order issued on March 30th, Alameda County clearly defined the types of construction projects considered essential and, as much as we tried, we cannot legitimately claim foundation, drainage and retrofitting services are essential. Accordingly, we have suspended all construction activities until the shelter-in-place order is lifted.
We will continue to monitor voicemails and e-mails and are putting together a list of homeowners who are either ready to move forward on a proposal previously provided or are wanting to schedule a new estimate appointment. If you are seriously interested in our services, we suggest you get in the queue now as we anticipate a flood of calls and building permit applications once the building departments open for business.
